Description
Product Advantages
● Constructed from 304 stainless steel or cold-rolled sheet with powder coating (316L stainless steel optional).
● Housing accommodates standard liquid tank HEPA filters and pre-filters.
● All seams are fully welded.
● Equipped with a filter removal lever for easy filter removal to the replacement position.
● Each filter access port comes with a PVC replacement bag.
● Upstream filter seal: Each HEPA filter is sealed relative to the air inlet surface of the frame to prevent internal contaminant buildup.
● Shut-off valve
Square flange or round flange optional; diameter 200-1000mm
● Actuators
Electric actuators offer fast response and are equipped with an emergency manual function.
Pneumatic actuators are available for special conditions.
● Individual Doors
Each filter assembly, pre-filter, and HEPA filter is housed in a protective bag with an individual door, ensuring safe, economical, and optional maintenance services.
● External Flanges
All housing flanges are flanged for easy field connection and to keep them away from contaminated airflow.
● Standard Final Filter
The basic housing design accommodates standard HEPA filters. Filters include high-capacity HEPA filters, each with an airflow rate up to 3400 m³/h.
● Sealing Bags
Sealing bag kits are used for each door. Each PVC sealing bag is 1800 mm long.
● Internal Locking Mechanism
All fluid-sealed filters use an internally driven locking arm for sealing.
● Filter Modules
Pre-filter—Plate filter G4;
HEPA filters are septulated mechanical seals (common in the new BIBO version) and septulated liquid tank seals.
