Product Introduction
PVDF Pleated Filter Cartridge is made of hydrophilic polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) filter membrane and polypropylene material parts by advanced hot-melt sealing technology in a controlled Class-100 clean environment without any adhesive and surfactant, and meets the technical requirements of the national standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 34244-2017 filter cartridge for liquid sterilization.
Performance Characteristics
● Excellent high-temperature resistance and broad chemical compatibility.
● Low protein adsorption, suitable for filtering culture media, biological reagents, and sterile vaccines.
● Filter cartridge batches have successfully passed regulatory bacterial challenge tests, with an LRV >7, and maintain integrity after multiple sterilizations.
● Each filter cartridge undergoes integrity testing before leaving the factory. Integrity test limits have been validated and correlated with bacterial challenge test results.
● All constituent materials comply with the biological testing characteristics of USP Class 6 121°C plastic articles and meet the requirements for food contact materials as listed in Chapter 21 of the US Federal Regulations (CFR).
