Product Introduction

PES Pleated Filter Cartridge is made by asymmetric gradient aperture membrane and PP components through advanced thermal bonding technology under Class 100 environment. The filter cartridge meets the technical requirements of GB/T34244-2017 of the People's Republic of China and without any adhesives or surfactants.

Performance Characteristics

● Excellent high-temperature resistance and broad chemical compatibility.

● Low protein adsorption, ensuring maximum recovery of target active ingredients.

● The filter membrane has a gradient pore size structure, which can act as a pre-filtration agent, resulting in high filter flow rate, low pressure drop, and long service life.

● Filter cartridge batch sampling has successfully passed the bacterial challenge test required by regulations, with an LRV>7, and maintains integrity after multiple sterilizations.

● Each filter cartridge undergoes integrity testing before leaving the factory. All integrity testing limits used have been verified and correlated with the results of the bacterial challenge test.

● All constituent materials meet the biological testing characteristics of USP Class 6 121°C plastic articles, and comply with the relevant clauses of Chapter 21 of the US Federal Regulations (CFR) for food contact materials; they also comply with the requirements of China's "Hygienic Safety Evaluation Standard for Drinking Water Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials" (2001) for drinking water transmission and distribution equipment.
