Undergraduate

Main Responsibilities:
1. Design or improve liquid filter cartridges made of PES, PTFE, PP, NYLON, etc., providing customized filtration solutions for customers;
2. Provide validation services for liquid filter cartridges according to customer needs, including microbial challenge, leachate/exudate detection, and chemical compatibility testing;
3. Assist sales in resolving product application issues at customer sites;
4. Provide professional filtration technology training and daily technical services to customers;
5. Cooperate with the sales department in technical bidding and conduct technical liaison with sales personnel or clients.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or other STEM fields; 5+ years of work experience; Master's degree; 3+ years of work experience;
2. Prior experience in the production, testing, or R&D of pharmaceutical injections or lyophilized powder injections is preferred;
3. Prior experience in filter cartridge production, testing, R&D, and sales is preferred;
4. Strong analytical and hands-on skills; understanding of sterile drug production or testing equipment;
5. Willingness to travel periodically;
6. Pleasant appearance and demeanor.

1. College diploma or above, age 23-28, gender not limited, fluent Mandarin, presentable appearance;
2. Strong learning and research ability, able to quickly master the company's product technology and provide more professional customer service;
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, marketing ability, and negotiation skills;
4. Excellent recent graduates, all majors welcome;
5. Hardworking and able to endure long-term business trips (1-1.5 months).
