Product Introduction
DEPTFE microporous membrane pleated filter cartridges utilize natural hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membranes and polypropylene material components, manufactured using advanced heat-sealing technology. They contain no adhesives or surfactants and meet the technical requirements of the People's Republic of China National Standard GB/T 36118-2018 Pleated Filter Cartridges for Gas Sterilization.
Performance Characteristics
● Excellent high-temperature resistance and broad chemical compatibility.
● Natural hydrophobic material, suitable for absolute sterilization filtration of various gases.
● High gas throughput, low pressure drop, and long service life.
● Filter cartridge batch sampling has successfully passed the bacterial challenge test required by regulations, with an LRV >7, and maintains integrity after multiple autoclave sterilizations.
● Each filter cartridge undergoes integrity testing before leaving the factory. All integrity testing limits used have been verified and correlated with bacterial challenge test results.
● All constituent materials comply with the biological testing characteristics of USP Class 6 121°C plastic articles and meet the requirements for food contact materials listed in Chapter 21 of the US Federal Regulations (CFR).
