Primarily used in cleanroom terminal units or localized purification equipment to filter out 0.1μm particles. All UHEPA filters require leak detection and integrity testing.
● For cleanroom terminal units or purification equipment supplying air at ISO Class 5 and above
● Filter paper grade U15-U17
● Requires pre-filtering (Class H).
Material and application：
Frame: Aluminum
Spacer: Hot melt adhesive
Filter media: High-efficiency glass fiber filter paper
Gasket: PU seal/CR seal strip
Operation Conditions: ≤80%/100%RH,≤80℃
